Assitant Manager

The Mosset Tavern in Forres is looking for an assistant manager. You'll already be an experienced supervisor within hospitality looking for your next move, this time into high volume.

On a daily basis you will support the manager and owner in delivering great shifts. Managing the right flow of guests though our doors so that they get the right level of service that's individual, fun but safe. You'll ensure all polices and procedures are being adhered to making the business compliant with all things health and safety, audit procedures and stock security.

You'll work along side our great team, setting the standard and coaching them to achieve the same. You'll have a great ear so that the team can speak with you and feel valued.

You'll have impeccable standards and able to coach others around you to have the same. You'll also have lots of creative ideas and an awareness of the types of offerings that you can bring to our business.

You'll want to meet every guest and make sure they leave delighted.

Salary: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
