Warehouse Manager (Afternoons Shift)

SF Recruitment are supporting a leading Manufacturing & Distribution business based in Tamworth in recruiting for a Warehouse Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. This will be the afternoon shift (13:00pm - 10:00pm) NO WEEKENDS. Over-time is available if wanted.

Salary: £40,000 p.a. + Holiday + Pension + Excellent Progression.

The Role:

• As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse In leading a team of operatives to achieve daily operational needs.
• Motivate and manage the Warehouse team.
• Be involved in the discussion and decision making around new ideas and processes.
• Stock condensing and stock rotation.
• Maintain a good level of housekeeping within the Warehouse.
• Responsibility for addressing customer miss-picks and shortage discrepancies.

The Candidate:

As the successful candidate for the Warehouse Manager, you will have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years in a Warehouse Manager role.
• Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
• Great leadership skills.
