Product Manager - Digital Government Solutions - 12 month contract - Edinburgh / Glasgow Hybrid working
I have a number of long term contract opportunities for experienced Product Managers to join a busy Digital Government team.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of their new digital products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy
• Conduct user research and feedback analysis to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver product roadmaps
• Prioritise product features and work with cross functional teams to deliver them
• Define and analyse product metrics to measure success and inform future development
• Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in product management within a digital government context or strong digital government background with a desire to move in product focused roles
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources
• Familiarity with Scottish government policies and regulations related to digital products and services would be a distinct advantage
