Kennel Assistant

Are you passionate about animals and have a love of dogs?

We are looking for an enthusiastic hardworking member to join our team here at Crossroads Kennels! The ideal candidate would need to be comfortable working with all different breeds of dogs as duties would include cleaning out and making up accommodation, preparing feeds, general cleaning whilst caring for and walking them. They would also need to be happy to alternate between the boarding kennels and the on-site day-care centre (once this opens in the near future). This would mean you would be required to work outside all year round.

The job is full-time and you would be required to work at weekends as well as during the week, during the summer/school holidays and over Christmas (including Christmas Day/Boxing Day which would rotate yearly). The hours would be approximately 8am - 5:15pm but this could change slightly depending on busy periods.

Please note there is no public transport available near our site so own transport/ability to drive would be essential!
