Spa Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist who loves customer service and will work well with our dynamic team.

Our Centre is seeking a receptionist to join our team of experienced professionals. The successful applicant will be responsible for making sure the guest has a five star experience from the moment they enter the Centre until they leave, including greeting customers and provide knowledge and guidance where needed. The candidate must be friendly, professional and well-groomed and should be passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls.
• Answer common client questions regarding appointments and treatments.
• Answer and direct walk-in clients
• Schedule appointments for clients using our booking system.
• Greet clients when they arrive at the Centre.
• Being chatty with client to keep them comfortable while waiting for their appointment.

Working hours are:

Monday: 3pm until 7pm, Tuesday: 3pm until 7pm, Wednesday: 3pm until 8pm, Thursday: 3pm until 7pm, Friday: 3pm until 7pm

Extra hours for holiday cover will also be needed

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: £10.00 per hour
