Full Job Description
Excellent opportunity to work in a 32 bedroom country-house hotel in the Borrowdale Valley, Lake District. Two AA Rosette award-winning kitchen. No weddings. £280 bonus after 3 months. Paid overtime.

We require an experienced Chef de Partie to start asap, with live-in accommodation if required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to run all sections.
- Menu preparation.
- Assisting with training & developing junior members of the team.
- General hygiene & safety responsibilities.
Desired Work Experience:
- Rosette background preferred.
- Pastry experience a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
