We are a new bakery in Edinburgh looking to find passionate inspired people to join our team.

Working in the state of the art production facility you will become a part of the team that uses artisan methods of production to make delicious baked goods.

We are passionate about great food and endeavour to work with local quality ingredients.

Essential qualities: Team player, clean, punctual, professional and hardworking, attention to details, ability to work in a busy enviroment, have good general understanding of vienoisserie production techniques.

Experience in stock taking/control, proficiency in weighing, packing and processing of baked goods, tracking ingredients expiry dates.

Advanced ability to multitask.

Desirable: Level 2 Hygiene Certificate, previous experience working in a bakery preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50-£14.00 per hour
