Front of House Receptionist/ Telephone sales

We are looking for a bubbly, friendly and outgoing individual to join our team, part time 16 -24 hours per week.

The position requires telephone sales experience, calling clients to offer promotions and assist with social media.

It is essential you have experience in customer service and retail . Previous experience in the hair and beauty industry preferred.

The position requires flexibility, working some weekends and late nights up to 8pm. You will be based in our Lichfield salon and flexible to cover holidays and sickness.

You will possess excellent customer service and strong communication skills at all levels. You will have a positive mindset, be professional and approachable, enthusiastic and remain calm under pressure with a just do it attitude!

Computer skills are necessary.
