Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in business processes?

We are currently seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Product Team. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist with gathering requirements from a range of technical and non-technical sources and converting requirements into both high level documentation and detailed technical specifications.

About the role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct research and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies
• Analyse data and create reports to support decision-making
• Contribute to the design and documentation of workflows and business processes
• Support the product team in project management and coordination tasks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis

The must haves:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Microsoft Office and Visio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business problems, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Industry experience would be a bonus but not essential
