Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Junior Finance Analyst to join a progressive and dynamic business in the Hailshamarea on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a private equity owned business in Sussex. Due to growth, this new role is now required and the successful candidate will get the opportunity to join a strong finance team, and to work with and learn from a friendly and hardworking department with a large number of qualified accounts.

Your duties will include:

• Assist with month-end tasks
• Assist with financial data analysis and reporting
• Supporting the Finance Operations manager as required, in integrating new businesses into the group
• Supporting the Finance Operations manager in improving the quality of insight and efficiency of product of reporting
• AD-Hoc analysis to support the Operational team

Key requirements:

• An enthusiastic, self-starter and driven candidate with a desire to learn and develop a career within Finance
• Strong academic background and/or a demonstrated progressive CV within the workplace
• Although not essential, language skills will be an advantage, particularly Italian
