About the CDS Data Team
We create and implement data services that focus on value and make a difference in people’s lives. We work on projects that fit with the CDS core values of making a positive difference, and we are proud of the solutions that we deliver.
We differentiate ourselves by utilising other capabilities within CDS such as Behavioural Research, UX/UI Design & Infrastructure services to complement our approach and can offer our customers a unique and compelling service.
Our Hybrid working model is centred around a team delivery approach; meaning our people come first. Whether it’s the school run, Tuesday night football or Thursday choir practice, as long as it works for the team, we’ll support you. We believe it’s more important what we do with our working hours than when we do them, and limited site visits enable us to adopt a flexible working approach that works for everyone.
