Job Description

Aramark Northern Europe is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Junior F&B Unit Manager to join the team at Thorpe Park. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into the F&B unit manager and you will assist in the responsibility for a number of food units across the park.

A day in the life of an Junior F&B Manager:

• Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service across multiple food units
• Maintain machines to ensure smooth production
• Induction & training of your team members
• Shift scheduling and rotas
• Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Purchase and control of inventory
• Ensure practice of health and safety regulations

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• Experience in a F&B role managing multiple outlets
• Experience in high volume, quick service, fast food
• Hands on and highly organised
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings
