You will be part of the Project and Technology organisation and will be working on many different projects across a wide range of timeframes from supporting the delivery and deployment today of advanced fuels & lubricants to longer term research in alternative energies, e- fluids and e- mobility applications.
What’s the role?
We are looking for Junior Fuels Scientists for the Gasoline and Diesel Development teams. Reporting to the Delivery Managers for Gasoline/ Diesel Development, these roles offer an ideal entry route into Shell’s world leading automotive and lubricants R&D environment where you’ll join the exciting development journey to leverage our technical excellence, innovation, our partnerships with academia and industry, and our motorsport links to produce the fuels of the future that consumers want and which generate business value.
Our Gasoline and Diesel Development Teams support the development of differentiated fuels with an emphasis upon developing new and innovative routes to achieve improved performance and efficiency, as well as lower emissions; the understanding of the scientific and mechanistic aspects of fuels; and generating IP and business value for the global Mobility business through brands such as Shell V-Power and Shell FuelSave.
