Junior M&E CAD Technician

THE JOB

The Company

My client is a multi-disciplinary Building Services Consultancy that specialises within building services engineering, building surveying, design and build, sustainability and planning. They have work on a vast range of projects and are currently on the lookout for an M&E CAD Technician to help support their professional team of engineers in Central London.

The Role

You will be working closely within the CAD team alongside a team of engineers, to produce detailed drawings of Mechanical & Electrical designs within Building Services. This will involve working to project deadlines and have to coordinate your workload to ensure these deadlines are met, with a heavy usage of 2D AutoCAD.

Qualifications & Experience

• A strong interest in Building Services
• Experience of using 2D AutoCAD is essential
• Experience of using 3D AutoCAD is desirable
• Some basic knowledge of Revit MEP is desirable
