We have scope for a new Junior Marketing Assistant to join an existing team in Colchester. With full training, this is an ideal opening for a career starter in Marketing.

You will assist in the daily operations of their sales and marketing campaigns, centred around customer acquisition and retention, creating brand exposure, and increasing market share. You will be the face and voice of their clients, effectively acting as a brand ambassador. Therefore, you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face, be able to learn and retain a lot of product knowledge and most importantly, be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience, regardless of whether a sale is made.
