Job Overview:

Are you passionate about design for marketing? Could you design effective direct mail that draw our customers in and promote our brand effectively?

We are looking for a talented individual, ready to start their career in our Creative Design Team and play a key role in generating demand through our promotional material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce effective promotional direct mail packs from initial concept through to sign off in line with brand strategy.
• Analyse previous creative material performance and review feedback to ensure our designs are relevant and productive.
• Be innovative, suggesting new ideas and techniques whilst always considering our customers.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with other colleagues across the business.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the creative process.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will be degree educated or equivalent in graphic design & marketing. They will also need to be competent in Adobe Creative Suite primarily InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator. Knowledge of Acrobat Pro would be desirable.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate needs to be creative and have a keen eye for detail, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and work well with deadlines. Good organisational skills are also needed.
