Junior Marketing Executive

The Role

Joining our close knit team as a digital marketing executive, you will aid and support the production of high quality, creative and eye catching content across a plethora of marketing resource and platforms. We're looking for someone to put their stamp on our branding and make us stand out from the crowd. PGL Midlands are a leading provider of Health and Safety Training, NVQs and Consultancy and require high end content and a focused individual to increase our digital footprint and inbound growth to attract new customers and visitors to our business. This is a newly created position, therefore you have the ability to mould as you like. For the right person, there is potential for big personal growth and increase the marketing team under your tutelage!

What we require

We're looking for you to have some, or all of the below skills or attributes:

• Ability to create impactful content across social media, including Meta Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Instagram and drive our channels to increase interaction and views
• Ability to generate a range of posts including static, video and animated content
• Support SEO growth and organic traffic
• Ability to create well written Blogs with backlinks and concise information
• Able to create mailshot content using mailchimp to send to our clients
• Ability to support website keywords/search words and improve general website content
• Produce data analytics for content, SEO and traffic (Either manually or using Semrush) to manage effectiveness and targets
• Set sponsored post strategies
• Compliment our sales lead generation and development strategies with your own ideas and initiatives, including exploring further brand exposure.

Salary: £15,331.59-£20,000.00 per year
