We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our US perm team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with the candidates and client's working US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for various roles.
• Provide candidates with in-depth information on job opportunities, company culture, and benefits.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and job offer negotiations.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for people and a desire to help them find their dream jobs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
