Becoming a Junior Retail Graphic Designer (Brand team)

We’re not necessarily looking for any workplace experience, just people who are eager to unleash their artistic superpowers across our Retail and Brand campaign designs, and artwork and design within the Commercial Team.

Your Mission

Get ready to dive into a wild world of artworking and creative support! You'll be the superhero behind brand campaign designs and retail designs for the Commercial team.

You’ll also be a guardian (no, not of the Galaxy!), keeping a beady eye on things to ensure all creative output complies with brand guidelines.

Brand Campaigns:

• Social Media – You’ll be crafting posts that get people hitting that ‘like’ button
• Video content – Short and snappy product and promotional videos (Reels and TikToks)
• Email – A mastermind behind the design process for email marketing campaigns
• Print – Whipping up eye-catching brochures, billboards and press material
• Website banners – Impactful banners that sit proudly in place

Retail PoS/Signage:

• PoS/Signage promotional design – Making those physical spaces come alive with eye-catching visuals, across permanent & semi-permanent signage
• Product display and free-standing display units – Capture attention from a distance, guiding customers to the display with curiosity

What you’ll need to join the team

• A portfolio of your work to share with us
• An in-depth understanding of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience of working across multiple channels, including print
• Creative thinking and ideas
• Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
