Oui is seeking a solid junior sous chef to join an award winning team and hotel. The hotel recently won multiple awards, boasting 5 Stars and 2 AA Rosettes. The hotel is a Grade-II listed Victorian building steeped in history, a true London landmark, discover old world charm, beautiful rich furnishings, offering exquisite original arts and outstanding cuisine. Our junior sous would ideally come from a hotel or fine dining background.
The Hotel
The kitchen is well equipped, with 40 covers peak, with an emphasis on perfect plating. The menu is very refined with out being fussy.
This is a great opportunity for a junior sous chef to come and progress.
