Job Role: Kids Camp Leader
Dates: 28th July - 3rd August 2023

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kids Camp Leader to join our team on an event this summer in Italy. This role will suit somebody who is energetic, hardworking, and happy to get stuck in in activities and childcare. Our dynamic activities programme is packed with things to do to ensure the guests have a wide range of interesting experiences to enjoy during their stay.
Your job as Kids Camp Leader will be to encourage children to take part in lots of activities and to ensure all children have a fun, safe and exciting holiday experience whilst in your care.

Role Responsibilities:
- Encourage children to have fun and try out the variety of activities we have on offer including taking part in group activities
- Full responsibility of the children that have been signed into your care
- Keeping the team aware of where each child (that is signed into your care) is at all times via radio communication (you will receive radio training)
- Interacting with guests in a professional yet relaxed manner both during the day and the evening
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Carry out all activities in a safe manner with regard to the children's learning and welfare needs
- Ensure children have adequate shade, water breaks and sunscreen
- Ensure children and teens are signed in and out of your care by parent/guardian
- Ensure that you are aware of children’s dietary requirements, allergies and care needs and that they are monitored and delivered appropriately
- Socialise with children, teens and their families during evening dinners
- Joining in activities when the child wants you to. This may include going in the sea/pool so it is helpful if you are a confident swimmer.
All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check as part of the recruitment process.

Pay: £160 per day. Flights, food, travel and accommodation are included.
