Kitchen Assistant - Gatwick Airport

An award-winning restaurant and bar chain is opening a new venue in Gatwick Airport this new year. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Kitchen Assistant.

This venue will have a full 18hr a day offering with breakfast lunch and dinner options throughout. Alongside this we will have a delicious array of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and soft drinks, all geared towards ensuring every guest enjoys their visit in a relaxed yet fast paced environment.

Gatwick is one of the busiest and most vibrant airports in the world and so the opportunity to work here and open this new venture is one not to be missed. We are seeking to hear from self motivated and out of the box thinking Kitchen Assistant, ones who know how to have fun, but deliver a world class service above all else!

Our guests overall experience is in your hands and as such we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who is:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of the full menu
• Adhering to recipe specifications and dish standards with high levels of attention to detail
• Be involved in the general day-to-day tasks in the kitchen
• Work in accordance with all company policies and Health & Safety

Any relevant qualifications such as Food Safety Level 2-3 are advantageous but not essential.
