Kitchen Assistant/Porter

We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our small team in our Thai Tapas restaurant Mango.

As kitchen porter you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring smooth service and supporting our chefs to make sure they have everything they need!

Your main duties will include pot washing, helping to prep food for the evening shift, helping with deliveries and cleaning the kitchen at the close of day. You will also have the opportunity to progress within your role and learn other areas of the kitchen, including presentation of dishes, order checking, cooking, and frying.

This is a great stepping stone into the world of hospitality. Although previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential. If you are an enthusiastic and quick learner, you will thrive in this role.

You’ll need for this role:

• Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing
• Be available evenings and weekends, and some afternoons
• Be able to speak and understand good English

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
