ABOUT YOU.

• At least 1 years experience working in a Kitchen as a head chef/kitchen manager.
• Food & Beverage experience
• Excellent business acumen & financial understanding, ability to analyse and impact numbers is essential.
• Creative and Fun with the ability to formulate engaging content
• Willingness to work late nights and weekends, it's a lifestyle
• A passion for hospitality!

ABOUT THE ROLE.

We are looking for an individual that can up lift our kitchen to best it can be, the kitchen would be your main responsibility which will include maintaining our 5* food hygiene rating, scheduled food prep, training part time chefs, stock management and even expanding our menu!

This is an exciting opportunity for for the right candidate for what will be a high footfall venue in the heart of Bournemouth.

• 8/9 hour shift
• Variety of day and night shifts
• Weekend availability is a must
