Kitchen Porter

The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Responsibilities

The Stewarding team ensures that each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of house” clean and safe.

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant as well as the maintenance of all restaurant and kitchen materials. Also responsible for following the recycling policy within the hotel and cleanliness of back of house areas.
