We are seeking a Kitchen Porter at the Brig o'Doon House Hotel.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning of all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils within the kitchen area
- Cleaning of kitchen areas as instructed
- General preparing of food as instructed by Head Chef
- All other duties as directed by the Head Chef
In order to be successful candidates must possess:
- Experience as kitchen porter or cleaning preferred but not essential
- Hard working and reliable
- Willing to learn
- Professionally presented
- Flexible due to nature of shift work and weekends
