  Pay - £10.60 per hour plus on average an additional £3.20 per hour in tips (£10 per hour for under 18s)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our friendly kitchen team at our beautiful restaurant in Sandbanks, Dorset.

We see ourselves as being in the 'cheering up industry' trying to make people smile with great food, drink and experiences.

No kitchen team can be successful without KP's. You'll be the backbone of the kitchen, providing essential support and keeping the kitchen clear so the chefs can work their magic, plus you'll have the opportunity to learn some chef skills along the way.

What you’ll be getting up to

• Providing essential support to the kitchen team
• Making sure both kitchen & front of house have everything they need
• Keeping the area clean & clear
• Basic food preparation
• Working as a team to provide excellent service

Our Story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
