Kitchen Porter - Michelin Star Restaurant

What is my role as Michelin Star Kitchen Porter?

As a Kitchen Porter you must have similar experience working in a busy kitchen.

Our restaurant is open fixed 4 days - 4 dinners and 3 lunches.

To be considered you must be able to cover all shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, around 40h - 44h / week.

Main duties will include :

• Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
• Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
• Minimize breakages and report any loss or damage
• Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
• Use equipment and chemicals with care and as directed
• To ensure that you operate according to correct principles of food service and Hygiene
• Take out the garbage
