We have a number of exciting opportunities for upcoming or recent graduates to join us as Land and Partnerships Graduate Trainees. This is a fantastic time to join us in these key roles in 2023 as we look to strengthen our land portfolio following on from a record financial performance in 2022. We are looking for graduates who embody our Keepmoat values; a creative and resilient individual who is open to change with strong innovation skills. They will be collaborative; effective in relationship building and stakeholder engagement with potential to build relationships effectively at all levels. They will take a straightforward approach and be able to use their initiative and financial commercial acumen in their work. They will be passionate about beginning their career in Land and Partnerships, with a real customer and team focus; motivated and enthusiastic about the land function.
We are open to applicants on a nationwide basis, however they should be willing to be based within a commutable distance of one of our regional offices, details of which can be found here. They must hold a full UK driving license and have the ability to travel to meet the demands of the role.
Applicants must have as a minimum an undergraduate degree (or be anticipated to complete their undergraduate degree in Summer 2023) in a related subject (property/town or urban planning/real estate/law) with a 2:2 or above classification.
