We are currently seeking a qualified Landscape Architect who will be responsible for the development of sustainable land use projects. The successful candidate will be a skilled, creative professional who has a background in landscape architecture and who is interested in impacting the design of a city. The Landscape Architect will be needed to evaluate and implement new land use projects and will report to the head of city planning.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic layout and design drawings.
• Write detailed specifications for the construction of hardscape features.
• Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other related CAD software.
• Analyse the current site conditions and develop comprehensive plans for the design and implementation of a new landscape plan based on the site's unique character and existing features.
• Communicate with clients to clarify goals and expectations; develop a plan that will bring those goals into reality.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
