Landscape Gardener / Trainee

Here at CGM, we specialise in all aspects of garden maintenance for home and commercial properties within 20 miles of Berwick-upon-Tweed.

We are seeking a landscape gardener to join our team. Prior experience is not necessary as full training can be given, we simply ask that you enjoy being outdoors and are willing to take on a wide range of tasks.

Duties will vary from day to day but will include - fence building, jet washing, grass cutting, soft landscaping, hedge cutting, and all other aspects of garden maintenance. As well as gardens, we also undertake contract work for various commercial clients which will see the successful candidate working with us on projects such as window and carpet cleaning, maintaining and improving public spaces. The work is always varied and two days are rarely the same. You will be required to work alone and as part of a team.

Hours are generally Monday-Friday, though some weekend work may be required. The role will be full time until Christmas, with the rate of pay meeting National Minimum Wage. We can offer an immediate start date to the right candidate.
