LEAD PROGRAMMER (SPORTS MANAGEMENT)

We are looking for a Lead Programmer on behalf of a successful multi-franchise studio to join the development team on one of its most recent franchises, a global sports franchise.

WHO IS THIS JOB FOR?

This job is for someone who enjoys all aspects of leading a team, from assisting in the development of the team and its engineers to ensuring the team is equipped to succeed.

• You will be a people-focused manager that also enjoys collaborating with other teams and working towards a common goal.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This is a hands-off role where you will be working closely with the team, a hands-on Technical Lead and other Lead Programmers to build off the success of the franchise’s first iteration and ensure future success for the team.

• You will be playing a leading role in ensuring that the team build a game experience that is thrilling to players.
