Permanent, full-time position: 37.5hours
Salary range: £25,800.00 - £32,300

Flexibility to travel to different locations in the UK required, with some overnight stays.

Role Overview

In this role you will be responsible for interpreting and scoping requirements to meet the leadership and management development agenda for Care Services. You will design and deliver high quality learning interventions to managers and leaders across the operation, including utilising your coaching and consulting skills where appropriate, and evaluate these to demonstrate their impact and to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct learning needs analyses and outline possible solutions.
• Design innovative and high-quality solutions – digital, virtual or face-to-face – that meet the defined quality assurance standards.
• Facilitate/deliver impactful development interventions to leaders and managers at all levels.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient scheduling and planning of learning events.
• Evaluate and ensure learning interventions are measured for effectiveness and deliver ROI
• Lead/contribute to projects aligned to the People Plan.
• Provide relevant MI reporting and governance, managing and flagging risks where appropriate.

What you’ll bring:

• Expert knowledge, understanding and practical experience of operating within each element of the learning cycle.
• Expert learning professional with well-developed knowledge in management development practice and significant practical experience designing and delivering management development interventions.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Ability to analyse data, recognise trends and make improvement recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high personal impact.
• Experience of working with outsourced partners to deliver leadership and management learning solutions.
