Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK or Ireland sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.
Salary: £44,100 - £55,000 + Performance Related Bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.

As Learning Manager you’ll support the Learning Partner in delivering learning plans and developing a learning culture to support SSE’s accelerated Net Zero ambitions. You’ll work as a consultant, aligned to specific business areas, understanding key learning issues, and providing the appropriate solutions.
