The Opportunity
As our Learning Partner, you’ll be responsible for the design and implementation of learning programs and change initiatives to build the capability of our people. You’ll use data and varied methodologies to develop and deploy learning solutions across our global team. In this Learning Partner role, you will make a great impact on our performance, engagement, leadership and culture to help us achieve our future vision!
This full-time permanent role forms part of our Global People team and can be based out of London, Colombo, or Marrakesh on a hybrid basis.

This role is truly global! You will require excellent communication skills, outstanding collaboration skills, and the ability to work alongside colleagues at varying levels from diverse backgrounds.
