Rate: £75-£100 per day, depending on experience
Principal resourcing are actively seeking an inspirational Learning Support Assistant to work within one of our partnership academy schools and alternative provisions based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The position will provide general cover across KS1/KS2 on a day-to-day and long-term basis to meet the needs of the school.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting pupils with complex learning, physical, medical and behavioural needs in alternate provision and academy schools. As a valued member of the staff team, you will provide support for children with a variety of SEN needs including ASD and SEMH. There may be a requirement for personal care when working on a 1:1 basis to support pupils with additional needs. You must be committed to high standards, actively promoting a safe, secure and happy learning environment that encourages pupils to succeed in often challenging circumstance.

We are looking for Support Assistants who are predominantly experienced in working with children/adults with physical disabilities, but applications are welcome from applicants with a range of SEND experience. We work with several schools and alternative provisions who provide education for pupils with a range of needs.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day, depending on the requirements of the role.
