Life Insurance Advisor

Red Rose Insurance Solutions are a family owned business that specialise in life insurance, critical illness and income protection sales. We operate on a non-advised basis with all major protection providers including Aegon, Aviva, Zurich, LV, Vitality, Royal London, Scottish Widows, HSBC and Legal & General plus more.

We are Directly Authorised by the FCA, and are looking to further expand our team of protection advisors. We are a young, dynamic company and are looking for the right candidates to join us and help grow our protection sales teams.

Job Description -

Customers enquire through Google and other social media and digital channels. Leads are also generated from an inhouse lead generation team. Leads generated are immediately sent into our CRM system and will be allocated to an advisor to call.

You will be allocated on average a minimum of 30 leads a day to call and complete a thorough fact find. You would then, using your expertise and knowledge of the policies, give the customer the best information possible to make an informed decision as to what is the right policy for them. When the customer is happy, you would then take the client through an application to set up their policy. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and underwriting cases.

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 19:00. Friday 10:00 to 15:00. These hours are part-time, but a full time salary is paid plus weekly and monthly commission.

Working with us –

• You will undergo initial training with the managing director where you will gain an understanding of the company, learn about the different insurance providers we work with, FCA rules, and compliance training
• After initial training, you will start speaking to customers and selling the products.
• We are looking for someone that can bring their own expertise and experience of the protection industry to the business, and also someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a small business.
