We are an American street food style diner, based inside the lively Golf Fang Glasgow. Our menu is simple but delicious with a focus on homemade sauces and super tasty fried chicken.

We are currently looking for a full-time line cook to join our kitchen family, you don't need to have bucket loads of experience, but you do need bucket loads of enthusiasm to thrive in this fast-paced and ever changing environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cooking fresh food from scratch and to specifications, following food safety regulations at all times
• Prep work, mainly making sauces
• Checking and putting away deliveries, stock rotation
• Operating the till/customer service
• Cleaning, daily upkeep and deep cleaning

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.50 per hour
