Due to our continuing growth, we are looking for a caring and compassionate person, with previous care experience, who is ready for their next challenge. We are currently recruiting for a live in carer in Wickford.

PREVIOUS CARE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

Due to continued growth and new clients coming on board Novus Care are currently looking for experienced Live in Support Worker to come on board on a flexible, rolling basis in order to support our clients to remain in their own homes.

What we are looking for !

Novus care are looking for an ethusiastic driver who is excited about taking part in the active life of one of our service users. Applicant must enjoy social inclusion events as well as day to day care. Service user is an active member of the community and would like to enjoy this with the correct candidate.

Duties will involve:

• Providing companionship
• Personal Care
• Prompting with medication
• Meal preparation and domestic duties
• Promotion of independence and dignity
• Comfortable with pets
• Social inclusion

You will need to demonstrate:

• Experience as a Live in Support Worker
• Fluent spoken and written English
• A passion for delivering good quality person centred care

In return for your hard work and commitment, Novus Care will pay you £665 per week, plus holiday pay, which equates to £745 per week.
