Large private household has a vacancy for a live-out Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Housekeeper
- 5 days per week, to include some weekend working
- 45 hour working week - 1 hour break per day
- Car driver and owner
- £ 43,000 - £ 45,000 gross p.a

Job requirements: (This list is not exhaustive)
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of all exterior outbuilding's and secondary accommodation
- Cleaning and laying of all fires, bringing in logs
- Changing light bulbs
- High dusting
- Errands and shopping
- Clearing gutters
- Sweeping and cleaning patio areas
- Care of garden furniture
- Care of family pets
Essential requirements:
- Relevant employed experience working for a large private household or estate in a similar job role
- Excellent references
- DBS check
- Non smoker
- Physically fit and active
- Cheerful disposition
- Dependable and reliable
- High standards of housekeeping
- Good attention to detail
- Team player
- Can do attitude
- Live locally
