We are looking for an 8 PA Locum Consultant Paediatrician (ideally with an interest in Paediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology). We are a diverse and friendly team who are proud of our achievements:

Sub specialty services in allergy, cardiology, diabetes, endocrinology, epilepsy, gastroenterology, respiratory, renal, rheumatology and oncology, with links to a number of tertiary centres.
Good reputation for Paediatric Training, including regional KSS award for best trainer
Full participation in National Audits such as Epilepsy 12, Paediatric Diabetes, National Asthma, RCEM Paediatric Audits
We have a talented team of dedicated consultants working in a friendly, flexible and cohesive group. We are enthusiastic, welcoming and proactive in supporting special interests. We wish to recruit a new Consultant to cover a vacancy within General Paediatrics for a Paediatrician with an expertise in Paediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology. Our Diabetes Team will consist of four Paediatricians, four Specialist Nurses, Dietician and Psychologist (currently vacant). The service has a mixture of General Paediatric Diabetes Clinics, Transition Clinics (with Adult Physician and Dietician present), Nurse led clinics, pump start clinics and provide the full range of education, looking after circa. 200 patients.
