Logistics Coordinator

Carter Retail Equipment Ltd provides its customer’s with a total solution for refrigerated display equipment. It is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading brands in this field and offers complete service including manufacturing, design & development, project management, installation, and after-sales service.

Our established operations team are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual, who excels in a busy working environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of inbound and international transport orders
• Managing the transport tracker
• Overseeing the supply of parts required by our overseas manufacturing partners
• Keeping key stakeholders informed of due dates and movements in the plan.
• Raising sales invoices for the sale of stock to our manufacturing partners and projects and monitoring overdue sales order invoicing.
• Maintaining excellent customer service, optimising logistics processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.

Essentially, you must be a confident communicator and be able to establish strong working relationships and networks inside and outside of the business. An ability to think commercially and manage your time effectively, you will utilise your analytical and problem solving skills on a daily basis to produce workable solutions to a range of problems. A basic understanding / working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Teams is also required.

Full training will be provided on in-house programmes used.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

Experience:

• related logistics: 2 years (preferred)
