Logistics Supervisor, Emirates Stadium

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Logistics Supervisor at Emirates Stadium in London. As Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure all areas, equipment, and furniture are maintained through effective shift supervision of the logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics team on non-match days and event days to ensure work is completed on time and on specification.
• Keep equipment, stock, and their associated stores maintained.
• Ensure all areas are ready for the next event by completing clear back and event preparation activities.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Operate manual handling equipment per training provided.
• Ensure all team members have received adequate training and are aware of safe systems of work.
• Interface and communicate with internal customers, suppliers, and hire companies.
• Ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility including health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE’s or 3+ years’ experience required.
• Previous large-scale venue set-up experience required.
• Must have flexible approach to working hours.
• Forklift or other relevant mechanical equipment licenses are desirable.
• Level 2/3 manual handling is desirable.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient in a high performing environment.
