The role as a recruiter involves being the intermediary person between candidate and client, interviewing, consulting, guiding, prepping and headhunting in order to find the best possible candidate for the role you are working on.

This is NOT a call centre!! Recruitment Is not about making repeated calls it, it is about doing your due diligence and having the consultative approach.

The Role:

• Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.
• Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.
• Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.
• Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.
• Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
