Lunch Time Supervisor

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to work as part of our existing team at Alkborough Primary School.

Main Duties:

To positively encourage good behaviour, table manners and hygiene.

To assist younger pupils where necessary whilst they are taking a meal

To actively supervise the dining room procedures

• Assisting with the service at the table
• training children in the correct use of cutlery.
• Assisting children with the clearing and stacking of their plates.

The post holder will also be required to supervise the children after they have finished their lunch.

Applicants should have a basic knowledge of food hygiene, first aid and health and safety.

Successful applicants will be expected to undertake applicable courses.

Term time only

Grade 2

We also have a vacancy for a cleaner- the allocation of hours for each post would be set so that it would suit one person interested in both posts'
