Job Description

We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic Sales Assistant with a real passion to succeed. You will be ready to motivate, coach and support a team of professional sales advisors in luxury retail. Hands-on shop floor management is the key to our success to ensure that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for:

• Working together with the team to achieve a high-performance sales culture.
• Achieving personal targets.
• Providing 5-star hospitality and extra-ordinary customer experience.
• Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines.
• Ensuring superior store standards.
• Completing day-to-day tasks.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX.

Skills & Experience

• At least two years sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience of working to targets.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed.
• The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches.

Location
ROX Battersea. Battersea Power Station, London.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
