We are a family-owned carpet manufacturer based in Blackburn, and we are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a fast-moving production line and performing various operational duties.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring machines to ensure they are running smoothly
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the production process
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- General warehouse duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work on a fast-moving production line
- The ability to drive a FLT is an advantage, but not essential.
Information:
- Beginning at £18,600 per year paid weekly
- Day shift - Monday to Thursday
