Maintenance Supervisor (Warden) Live-In
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to organise, maintain and motivate our small team at Deeside Holiday Park, ensuring all grounds maintenance services are delivered to a high standard, meeting our guest expectations.

The Grounds Supervisor will report to our Park Coordinator and use their own initiative, ensuring an efficient use of time and team, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development. You will require to have supervisory or management experience as well as hands on experience and trade skills to allow you to fulfil your role. Previous experience in hotels/hospitality or similar are beneficial.

As part of your role, you will be provided with rent-free accommodation in the form of a 2 bedroom static caravan holiday home to allow you to carry out your evening ‘on call’ duties for three/four nights a week as per the weekly rota.

The successful grounds maintenance operative will have:

• Full UK Driving License required, trailer licence preferred
• Relevant qualification in a trade
• Hot tub or swimming pool maintenance beneficial
• Competent in IT/use of software/Microsoft
• The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
• Competent in using tools/machinery
• Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures
• Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications

This is a permanent position offering 35 - 45 hours per week. Weekend working will be required. Accommodation will be provided free of charge with a nightly on call payment. Salary starting from £23,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience with accommodation included, rent and council tax free.
