We are looking for a talented and experienced Makeup Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for makeup and beauty, a creative eye, and an understanding of the latest trends in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing makeup services to clients, creating custom looks for special occasions, and educating clients on the best products and techniques for their individual needs.

Relevant experience is highly desirable.

About you

Preferably, you have worked in the beauty industry as a hair stylist or makeup artist for a minimum of one year, you are comfortable working on large wedding group bookings and are able to travel to the location required on the day of the booking. You are highly passionate about all things beauty and desire to grow as an artist in the industry.

What we expect

• Keep up to date on hair & makeup trends.
• Be able to keep professionalism in stressful situations.
• Be able to understand customers' needs
• Correctly advise customers on hair & makeup trends and products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Be effective with your time management - knowing how long a client will take to be made up
• Work quickly and accurately in time-pressured conditions
• Have knowledge of different skin types and how to apply makeup accordingly.
• Be able to work with different hair types and textures.
• Be able to apply a variety of makeup looks for different occasions.
• Be able to work with a variety of skin tones and textures.
• Be able to drive to the clients' location.
• Have a professional kit for client work.

Salary: From £30.00 per hour
