Mon-07.30 to 20.00 | Tues-07.30 to 20.00 | Wed-DAY OFF | Thurs-DAY OFF | Fri-DAY OFF | Sat-07.30 to 20.00 | Sun-07.30 to 20.00 |

Week B 36 hours

Mon-DAY OFF | Tues-DAY OFF | Wed-07.30 to 20.00 | Thurs- 07.30 to 20.00| Fri-07.30 to 20.00 | Sat-DAY OFF | Sun-DAY OFF |

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant, experience is not required, as full training and support will be given.

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
